1.The renter must possess a valid driving license and passport copied.
2.The renter shall use the vehicle for the purpose of sight-seeing or for legal business touring around Khao Lak area only. If need to go further than 100 km from Khao Lak approval must be obtained by the lessor before.
3.Insurance is not cover for this motorbike rental, please drive carefully and wear helmet.
4.The renter must to recheck the motorbike conditions, remark damaged if have or take photos before rent.
5.In case of any accidents or any damages while motorbike rented period, the renter agree to pay for all cost for hospital bills and repairing motorbike till back to be the same good conditions by themselves. scratches, damages or broken of motorbike are in respond of the renter to pay for repairing costs and return the vehicle back in the same good conditions.
6.Waiting time for motorbike repairing if over time after return time the renter must to pay extra charge on rate 150 THB / hour.
7.The renter will not permit any repair to the motorbike or replacement of any part of motorbike without consent of the lessor. The renter will not tamper with the vehicle ‘s odometer or speedometer or otherwise alter the vehicle, The renter will pay for all unauthorized repair and replacement parts, as well as the cost of restoring any unauthorized alterations.
8.Stolen or lost cases: The renter must to pay for replace new motorbike as the market price condition in that time.
9.Return motorbike must to be in returning time recorded and the motorbike must to be the same good condition.
10.Late returning time: the lessor will charge for overtime on rate 150 THB / hour.
