High Season has officially started the office is busy and we're out every day collecting people from the airport bringing them to Khao Lak or taking guests out on new tours. Last week we visited Phang Nga Bay and went fishing, amongst other Khao Lak activities. We also had our good friend Madde visiting from Sweden. This was her second time with us and we went on many tours in Khao Lak and around the area together, including elephant trekking and fishing. Our fishing trip last week was with a lovely family from America - John, Luciana and Nik and our friend Madde. The guests and Nai left Khao Lak early and headed out to the sea to catch some dinner for the evening. It was a fun day, I think everyone enjoyed it. They spent a lot of time with their rods in the water and it was worth it. They caught many Dorado and also had some time swimming in the sea when it got too hot too, I expect that it was much needed. The captain was a great help too, Mr. Song has been a fisherman all his life and is local to the area, born and bred in the Khao Lak area. He knows where the best spots are and has great experience fishing in the Andaman Sea, so knows about the sea life down there. Nai, our Green Andaman Travel boss, has also been a fisherman for a long time – more than 30 Years. After leaving the bright lights of Bangkok for a more down to earth lifestyle back home in Khao Lak, Nai was a tour guide for a while. After that he decided to set up some small fishing trips for the many friends and visitors to Khao Lak that were
