Similan Island Snorkelling Trips
Snorkelling trips to the Similan Islands are one of the main reasons why many people visit Khao Lak. The Similans are an archipelago made up of 9 islands which form the Similan Islands National Marine Park. According to many divers this area of the Andaman sea is one of the top dive sites in the world, and for snorkellers it is a very special place too. Open from November until to April, this area has some of the most crystal clear waters in the country, ideal for a day of exciting snorkelling easily accessible from Khao Lak.

In addition to our Khao Na Yak Snorkelling tour, Green Andaman Travel offers 2 other snorkelling trips. One trip to the famous Similan Islands. On these snorkelling trips you will be collected from your hotel and taken to the pier where you will board a speedboat before heading out to the islands. On both of these tours you will have a fun filled day of magical underwater exploration snorkelling through the turquoise waters next to the almost blindingly white sand on the shore’s edge. The Andaman Sea here is home to some brilliant underwater life if you are lucky you might see a parrot fish, butterfly fish, angel fish, sea snake, puffer fish or even a sea turtle.
All equipment is provided just make sure you bring your best eyes and swimming legs ready for what these islands have to offer!
